MailSender is a lightweight (smaller version) of the Mail Merge application. It is a simple and dynamic solution for sending bulk emails to valuable customers after merging data from external sources like- xlsx, xls, CSV, docx, rtf, and txt. you just need to draft your mail and the rest of the things will be done by MailSender like the Name of the customer, and a specific message to a particular customer, you can also send any file to your customer in the attachment. You can keep all the static information or data (like an advertisement or wishing notes) in the mail template and the rest of the data which can change from time to time can be kept in MS Excel/MS Word Document. Later any changes made in MS Excel/MS Word documents will reflect the same while emailing customers.
MailSender application is made for users who dont want to create text boxes, pictures, lines, or table boxes in the Mail Merge applications document and want only to send simple mail without advertisement or additional information in the mail.
